Dear mr. Boardman, I strongly disagree to homework, especially as much as we are getting at the moment.
In my opinion homework is a waste of time as children have the right to spend time away from school relaxing. Not only do children disgust it, but surveys show that 46.5% of parents don't understand why homework is given and a further 50% of them struggle with making their children do homework.
Looking at the results, why should homework stay? Did you like homework when your were a child? Homework is probably going to be kicked out sooner or later so why not now to make the rest of our childhood enjoyable? It's a pain for teachers to tell students off for not doing it, and simply as summary of my letter, homework is a waste of time, so why should we keep it? After you have read this I hope you do your best to give less or no homework in the future.
We should change our lunch or pack our own lunch because everyone don't like their food we can not go when we didn't finish eating our food.You can give us burgers and for breaks you can give us cookies.Why can't give us cookies for break and burgur for lunch.
Dear Bonggyun, I have also seen the kids not eating their food, and it would be great having burgers and cookies for lunch! However I am only one teacher and apart from that, not a director. You see, even me as a teacher, i dont like the lunch, but at least there is something to eat! :)))
I think children should get extra extra playtime because children need to have more exercise, I dont think only 50 minutes of running is good enough, do you? Wont children children get bored if they play only 50 minutes in the day, how would you feel being in that position? It becomes excruciating for children sitting at a table for the most of the day.
Children also get a chance to make friends and to mend their fights from before. Sitting all day makes us lethargic. Would you enjoy sitting on a chair for the whole day? I dont think so. When you read this letter I hope you understand the feelings of us childeren.

Dear Achintya, You are right about that I didn't enjoy homework when I was small but if we didn't have it school days would probably last until 4:30pm. I agree that you need rest but that's what weekends are for isn't it. Part of school is doing homework, but even if I did change my mind I'm only one teacher.
Haven't you ever thought that some of your homework was boring and you got too much, that you even had to wake early at 5 or 6am to finnish it!!!!!! Well in my opinion I really think you could give us less or even no homework as we already are working for 5 hours, which is a very long time!

Dear Mr Boardman In my opinion the lunch food should be changed or children should bring in their own food from home.The lunches should be changed because they taste disgusting and most of the children hate it.The lunches don't taste like anything anyone would want to eat.The plates always have food on them and are't properly cleaned.The trays are always soapy and sometimes have little bits of food on them.Would you like to be eating from plates with food that aren't clean or trays with soap?The soups are even more disgusting.I am pretty sure you wouldn't want to eat the disgusting lunch food.So after you have read my problems I hope you understand and decide to change the lunch food,regards Ulgen

I ensure you, we as teachers do understand what you mean but believe me the time given to the students as break is sufficient for them to gain fresh air, exercise and socialize. As far as your boredom is concerned my child ask your teacher to make your subject so interesting that you have no time for boredom.
It is really not fair to have little bit of playtime! Don’t you think? Well I think so you do. So I think we have to have extra playtime. When you were child did you have fun at playtime? I think you did. The reason it is fair is that we study for an hour and we need some exercise! Well I need some exercise too! I feel that we will have more playtimes from now on. I say that when you see the way they wash the dishes and trays is horrible, my best friend has been in the kitchen and seen it all. When I come to think of all the disgusting bits that could be stuck to your food or fork you feel like skipping lunch or throwing it in the bin!! And that is JUST the plates!! Believe me the food is a long way from better! Once they even served VEGETABLE lasagna!! The food also looks squishy and mashed up. But among all these things there are nice tasty meals you can find. Some of them are pizza and ice-cream. But unfortunately there are only a few of those. So after you have read my concerns I really hope you understand and try to make the cafeteria food better. The plates always do have bits stuck to them and the chefs don't wash the plate properly. I hope they change the food and clean the plates better.

I do not think that we should have so much homework because it is very boring. When school finishes I think that it is our time to do whatever we want so why should we have to do homework? Also homework is repeating the same thing that we do in school.
I would like less homework because I really enjoy practicing my golf. It is okay to have homework every now and then but I do not think that it is okay to have homework every day. When you were little did you enjoy homework? I do not think so.

Learning at play time is not the same type of learning as school. I do agree team sports such as basketball and football teach good learning skills. I will ask the school board if we can add an hour to the end of the school day twice a week for team sports.
